Our Coaches
Two professionals
Eric Brasch — Head Golf Professional
Eric, a U.S. Navy veteran, works closely with veterans and veteran organizations across the Valley. He’s spent decades in the game, first as a mini-tour player and now as a PGA-affiliated teaching professional.
As the Head Golf Professional at 24 Precision Golf, Eric is passionate about coaching. From beginners to advanced golfers, he uses his skills and experience in tandem with the best GOLFZON simulators in the industry to help clients gain confidence, level up their skills, and simply enjoy the game more.
Mike Garcia — Owner & General Manager
Mike Garcia, a licensed mental health therapist with a Master’s in Counseling, has spent over a decade helping people build focus, confidence, and emotional control. He was also a high-level collegiate golfer and an associate PGA pro who competed at the highest level.
As Owner and GM of 24 Precision Golf, Mike coaches and is a proponent of mental focus and positive mindset just as much as athletic performance. He works to help players build confidence under pressure, strengthen focus and consistency, and perform when it matters most.

Train your mind. Refine your game. Reach your potential
The tagline is not decoration — it is the actual service model. Precision starts within.
Do I need to be good already?
No. Instruction runs from beginner fundamentals through advanced play, and the simulator is a forgiving place to start because nobody is watching but your coach.
What is mental performance coaching?
Mike Garcia is a licensed mental health therapist with a Master’s in Counseling alongside his playing and teaching credentials. Sessions work on confidence under pressure, focus and consistency, emotional control and resilience.
How do lesson packages work?
A single lesson is $100. Three run $250 and six run $450. Clinics for more than one player are $50 a person, dropping to $35 a person for larger groups. Packages are booked and redeemed after purchase.
What is a virtual on-course lesson?
You play a real course on the simulator with your coach, working strategy and shot selection rather than swing mechanics alone.
